Working Principle

Our flour mill machine works like this: imagine the grinding head as two upside-down ice cream cones meeting at their tips. The upper part is supported by two ball bearings, like tiny wheels, and the lower part spins on a cylinder for extra support. By moving the grinding heads closer or farther apart, we control the gap between them.

When grains go into the mill, they get ground between these conical heads. The freshly ground flour falls through the gap and collects at the bottom. To separate the flour from the bran (the outer layer of the grain), we use a brush and a bottom sieve. You can adjust the gap to get the desired coarseness or fineness of your flour.

Our machine can process various grains like wheat, rice, millet, corn, soybean, sesame, sorghum, and highland barley. It's not just limited to food; it can also grind chemical raw materials, soft stones, wood grains, and more. If you need a paste or pulp, you can add water during grinding, and the machine lets you adjust the thickness of the processed material. It's a versatile tool for farmers and others who want to process a variety of dry ingredients into powder or pulp.
